Eating disorders: how to fix them?
Eating disorders are due to many factors, often of a psychological nature. In people who suffer from these disorders, it is the relationship to food that is problematic. There are several forms of eating disorders, bulimia and anorexia are the most common. anorexia nervosa Anorexia is an eating disorder characterized by the refusal to eat. There are two kinds of anorexia nervosa: Restrictive anorexia nervosa : it concerns people who, for fear of getting fat, take care to control their diet strictly. Anorexia nervosa bulimia : it affects people who generally eat little, but who can lose control and overeat causing bouts of bulimia generally followed by vomiting. Bulimia Bulimia is an eating disorder punctuated by repeated and lasting episodes of overeating crisis also called bulimia crisis.
